Welcome to the 600 Campaign

The 600 Campaign is our ambitious fundraising programme to ensure innovative, inspirational and excellent learning environments for our pupils today and in the future.

Phase One

Phase Two

Phase Three

The Discovery Centre is an innovative £5m 12 laboratory Science & Technology facility. This spectacular building was opened on 2nd October 2015, thanks to investment by government, philanthropists, charitable trusts, businesses and the wider community.

The ek robotics Sports Campus – open from September 2021 – is a £3m Sports Campus comprising a floodlit 3G pitch, a VIVA fitness suite, a Mind & Body Zone, and our Racelogic Sports Lab harnessing technology to bring together the worlds of science and sport.

The third phase of the 600 Campaign will be a multi-use arts drama, music and dance facility to nurture and showcase talent and provide a much-needed facility for other schools and community arts groups. We are currently conducting a feasibility study, and are interested in hearing from any individuals or organisations with an interest in or knowledge of the Arts sector.

600 Campaign Funding

The success of the 600 Campaign is based upon our significant experience of building lasting relationships and exciting partnerships with individuals and organisations who share our vision and values. We focus our energies on five key campaign pillars:

Corporate Sponsorship

We work in partnership with carefully selected companies, and proactively build partnerships which benefit the school and our students, whilst also helping to meet the CSR objectives of the company.

Charitable Trusts & Foundations

We’ve worked with a wide range of charitable trusts and foundations since the very beginning of the 600 Campaign in 2012, and have been fortunate to have received support from some of the largest trusts in the UK, as well as new, emerging local trusts.

Individual Philanthropy

Philanthropy has played a pivotal role at various stages in The Royal Latin School’s long history, and the 600 Campaign is bringing that tradition to life once more. A number of individuals, whether personally, through a charitable trust or via a company, have made transformative gifts to the 600 Campaign.

Fundraising and Events

Getting our community involved in fundraising is a really important part of the 600 Campaign. From online fundraising, sponsored challenges and our amazing student-led fundraising efforts, to extra-special events either at school or in unique locations further afield – our fundraising efforts and creativity know no bounds!

Volunteering

Without volunteers, the 600 Campaign wouldn’t be possible. Our fundraising depends upon a Campaign Board of leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to help refine our vision, shape our strategy, and connect us to people who can help. The vibrancy of the 600 Campaign is also dependent on the hundreds of volunteers of all ages, who give up their time and energy to carry out their own fundraising or to support fundraising activities at the school. We are indebted to every single one!
