WHAT WE CAN OFFER
There are many good reasons to have one of our trainees in your school and departments. Many of our trainees prove to be so invaluable that they go on to take jobs in their placement schools, helping with teacher recruitment across the county. We have worked extremely hard to bring to The Partnership as high a quality candidate as we can. Last year 55% of our trainees finished as ‘outstanding’, 39% as ‘good’ and all went on into full employment.
Much of the success of our trainees is down to the hard work and dedication of key staff in our partnership schools. In return we offer full training and CPD opportunities for those who would like it, and opportunities for subject specialists to deliver training as well as mentor training and Teach Meets.
